Synopsis

A car lot owner voiced his frustration with youths who vandalized vehicles and stole car radios. A group of teenagers were persistently harassing a man who had recently returned to his childhood home. The man finally lost his temper when the youths returned and physically grabbed one of their own. Meanwhile, Stamp and Melvin forcibly removed a retirement celebration from a public house. Undeterred, the celebrants returned to the factory, where they resumed their festivities.
