Synopsis

A postal worker was dispatched to a woman's residence following a complaint about disruptive noise from a neighbor. The woman, secured by security bars on her door, subsequently misplaced her key. The postal worker contacted the fire department, requesting they cut the bars. Shortly thereafter, the woman initiated a fire. It was later revealed she was taking medication.
