Synopsis

Burnside is encountering difficulties with the Crown Prosecution Service. He requests Brind to examine a warrant concerning a man of interest to the CPS. Carver is struggling within CID, repeatedly cautioned to conceal his emotions. He contemplates a return to uniformed duty.
