Synopsis

P.C. Stamp and W.P.C. Brind apprehended a man so profoundly intoxicated he could scarcely maintain his balance. Once back at the station, the man succumbed to a drug overdose, though not before hinting at a fatal act against a woman. D.C. Lines and D.C.
