Synopsis

Dashwood and Roach examined a break-in at an apartment overlooking the Thames. The intruder was pursued and apprehended by uniformed officers. Initially, claims surfaced that chloroform had been administered to the suspect, but he later amended his statement to say he had found the substance within the apartment itself.
