Synopsis

W.P.C. Ackland and P.C. Smith arrived at a local Romani encampment to find its inhabitants in distress. A social worker had a Protection Order in place for Theresa Beecher, a young Romani girl reportedly subjected to physical abuse by her parents. When the girl and her family barricaded themselves inside their caravan, Smith suggested towing the vehicle to the train station.
