Synopsis

Ramsey intercepted Burnside, Carver, and Lines just as they were departing a restaurant. Before they could fully leave the area, a woman – Mrs. Mancini – appeared, reporting that a couple were engaged in sexual activity within her car; the man was her husband. The other woman requested Carver retrieve her belongings from the vehicle.
