Synopsis

Vivian visited a prisoner held on remand and found herself taken hostage. Upon her release, she was informed that the charges against him were fabricated. From a balcony overlooking a shopping center, Melvin observed a man ambushed and shot at close range by two Black men. The man had been on his way to collect a sniper rifle at Paddington Station.
