Synopsis

Detective Constable Yorkie Smith is assisting Detective Constable Taffy Edwards with a traffic obstruction caused by a young man named Mickey Cozens. Mickey’s father is summoned to the station and informs the officers that his son has the mental capacity of a seven-year-old child. Smith drives them home, but when the father scolds Mickey, the boy reacts violently, striking Smith unconscious.
