Synopsis

Melvin and Haynes, patrolling their usual territory, are nearly lured off course by a carefully orchestrated distraction. In the ensuing pursuit, Haynes is drawn into an armed robbery, while Melvin is forced to release his prisoner to assist him. The robber, consumed by paranoia, believes he is being poisoned.
