Synopsis

Police Constable Ramsey and Police Constable Smith are providing protection for a witness in a court proceeding. Ramsey finds amusement in the witness, Andrew Pike’s, admiration for the police force and his intention to join as a special constable. Growing weary of their time at the flat, Ramsey persuades Pike to spend the day at the dog races. At the track, Ramsey ejects an intoxicated individual from the restrooms, an action that deeply displeases Pike, who threatens to lodge a formal complain
