Synopsis

On the Rochester Estate, Detective Sergeant Roach observed a drug transaction unfold, but he, along with Carver and Dashwood, were unable to apprehend the dealers. PC Haynes and PC Ramsey, in their police vehicle, spotted the fleeing car and initiated a pursuit. Tragically, the vehicle struck a young girl before colliding with a skip.
