Synopsis

The first responders to the scene of the traffic accident were PC Smith and PC Melvin. Flames engulfed the vehicles, and both officers bravely risked their lives to extricate the occupants. As they worked, one of the cars detonated, claiming the life of a passenger. Smith was struck unconscious by the blast, while Melvin suffered burns to his hands.
