Synopsis

A community is stirred to action against a local women's refuge, while PC Yorkie Smith offers counsel to the husband of a resident within its walls. Meanwhile, DI Galloway confronts his detectives regarding the area's rising burglary rates. Elsewhere, WPC Martella and PC Edwards apprehend a man suspected of involvement in three burglaries. PC Edwards, however, finds himself struggling under the weight of his approaching wedding.
