Synopsis

Sergeant Penny was requested by a landlord to speak with a tenant on the top floor who kept cats. He was shot through the door after discovering his radio was malfunctioning. When Penny failed to respond to radio calls, the station grew concerned and organized a search party. The landlord arrived at the station and spoke with Detective Inspector Galloway, who did not recognize the name.
