Synopsis

Paul Rayner was taken into custody following an altercation with a man named John Morris. Rayner maintained that Morris had inflicted childhood abuse upon him, but it soon became clear that he had the wrong person. Although police located the individual Rayner identified as his abuser, they lacked sufficient evidence to make an arrest. Rayner then claimed the man had also abused another person, but that individual declined to provide a statement.
