Synopsis

Detectives learned that Mark Wilson was using Ria, his brother's girlfriend, to smuggle a cell phone into the prison for him. Intending to monitor Wilson’s communications, they sought authorization to install a listening device on the phone. Shortly thereafter, Ria was assaulted at the prison by her boyfriend, Shaun. The police, monitoring the phone, heard Shaun reveal he had arranged for someone to harm Ria.
