Synopsis

The extent of Jason’s adversaries became chillingly clear in the aftermath of the bar fire. It emerged that Jason and his father were involved in a network of illicit activities: slumlord exploitation, forgery, and drug trafficking. Adding to the personal betrayals, Jason's girlfriend had been unfaithful. Jason’s father provided his son with an alibi following Ali’s assault. Smithy, resolute in his pursuit of justice, vowed to see them both brought to account.
