Synopsis

The day Sun Hill hosted its first same-sex wedding, PC Lance Powell vanished. Two of his friends, Hal Richards and Dennis Simpson, had abducted him, driven by a misguided attempt to 'cure' him of his homosexuality. CCTV footage captured the moment of the abduction, and investigators traced the van used to the man who had rented it to Dennis Simpson. Dennis was brought in for questioning and, under pressure, confessed to the kidnapping. Lance was swiftly rescued, and he and Sergeant Mark Roll
