Synopsis

Wayne Radford was discovered deceased in his prison cell. The initial assessment suggests suicide, though investigators have noted a number of bruises and burns marring his body. Inspector Gina Gold learned from Radford’s cellmate that a police officer had been circulating malicious rumors, alleging Radford was a child killer.
