Synopsis

Marie Carver appeared in court facing charges of domestic violence against her husband, Police Constable Jim Carver. Though a witness, PC Gabriel Kent, testified to witnessing one of Marie’s assaults on Jim, Marie and her lawyer successfully reframed the case, pleading self-defense and asserting that Jim had initiated the violence.
