Synopsis

A severe road traffic collision in Sun Hill results in Adrian Collins, seriously injured, being rushed to St Hugh's Hospital. Uniform officers discover a handgun and balaclava in Collins’ vehicle, and following questioning by Detective Constable Terry Perkins and Police Constable Kerry Young, Collins confesses he was en route to commit a bank robbery. When an alarm sounds at a nearby bank, Sergeant Dale Smith realizes the robbery is underway without Collins and assumes command. With SO19 delayed
