Synopsis

D.S. Roach and D.C. Dashwood are stationed at a phone box, attempting to intercept someone making false bomb threats against the Town Hall. However, a more pressing matter soon arises when a woman arrives at the station reporting her eight-year-old daughter, Samantha, missing. Samantha's friend, Theresa, tells W.P.C. Ackland that they had been approached by a flasher, raising fears that the girl might have been abducted by a child sex offender. CID officers begin questioning suspects in the area
