Synopsis

Sergeant Cryer brings in a victim of an assault, a young woman hesitant to report the rape. Detective Jane struggles with the interview, hampered by the persistent intrusions of her friend, Sandra. Sandra then tells Muswell that Debbie deserved her fate at the hands of Sandra’s boyfriend, Roach. Meanwhile, Roach investigates a burglary, the homeowner insisting that more jewelry was stolen than has since been recovered. The burglars, however, vehemently deny taking the additional items.
