Synopsis

The arrest of her close friend, Polly, consumed PC Cathy Bradford’s thoughts, leading her to visit Polly’s boyfriend, Max. She subtly suggested to him that he might have been Polly's intended victim. Meanwhile, the desperate pleas of domestic violence survivor Paula Robinson and her son went unanswered as Paula endured a brutal assault at the hands of her husband.
