Synopsis

PC Reg Hollis intervened when he witnessed a trio of youths harassing a bus driver, but the situation escalated dramatically when one of them produced a firearm. The youths hijacked the bus, taking Hollis, the driver, and a busload of terrified passengers hostage. The weapon was one of Alan Trent's replicas, sourced from the Coal Lane estate, and it discharged, striking the driver. PCs Best and Harman spotted the runaway bus, but their opportunity for heroism faded as PC Taviner and Sgt Murphy a
