Synopsis

Detective Inspector Neil Manson’s arrival at Sun Hill was marked by an immediate assertion of authority. He was an old-school officer, and a deeply unpleasant one. Arrogant, sexist, and prone to bullying, Manson harbored resentment toward women in the Metropolitan Police, and showed no hesitation in bending regulations to achieve his aims.
