Synopsis

Detective Cathy Bradford returns to duty, but this time the case involves something far more sinister than a simple domestic dispute – murder. Assigned to investigate a man devastated by his wife's betrayal, Cathy harbors little sympathy for heartbreak and grows increasingly weary of her fiancé, Max. When he attempts a romantic gesture, she recoils, unable to maintain the facade of their relationship and pushing him away. He falls, striking his head, and asks for help. Instead, she strikes him a
