Synopsis

A second body has been discovered along the Thames. Nick implores Cass to investigate, to determine if it is someone he knows. Witnessing club girl Sandie being forcibly removed from Mick Mortimer’s office has left Nick deeply disturbed. Sandie had been shielded by Detective Sergeant Phil Hunter to protect the operation – and his own standing – yet another girl is pulled from the river.
