Synopsis

Lee Dwyer finds himself once again embroiled with the police, this time for vandalizing a local store. Is he simply predisposed to trouble, or is this a desperate plea for assistance? Meanwhile, TDC Brandon Kane, newly assigned as Lee’s Family Liaison Officer, visits Lee's father, who appears eager to bestow gifts upon him.
