Synopsis

Tyro Shaw contemplates exposing Detective Sergeant Singh's involvement with the car-ringing gang, but ultimately relents. Singh appears to have made a favorable impression on both Kevin North and his superior, Jennifer Salter, who seems particularly captivated by him.
