Synopsis

A man fitting the description of a known child predator was observed loitering near a local school. When officers questioned him, he offered a denial. Shortly after, PC Reg Hollis witnessed a brawl outside the school. In the chaos, one of the men forcibly placed a young boy into a vehicle. One of the combatants fled but was apprehended, and he claimed ignorance of the child.
