Synopsis

Sergeant Cryer and Police Constable Hayward responded to a disturbance at a nearby school. A distraught man, Chris Finnessey, was demanding to see his son. The boy's teacher, aware of Finnessey’s violent history and a potential restraining order, alerted the police. He then produced a Stanley knife, taking the teacher and Sergeant Cryer hostage.
