DCI Meadows is resolute in his pursuit of Phil Brown, the accomplice in an armed robbery, believing him to be the perpetrator of planting evidence. However, Brown’s assertion of prior informant status for DS Don Beech throws Superintendent Chandler into a state of reluctance, threatening to derail the investigation.
