Synopsis

Dave Quinnan remained a silent witness as a gang of thugs assaulted the shopkeeper and a young woman at his neighborhood corner store. When he finally arrived at the station, he identified the gang's leader as Robbie Gaitskill. Polly Page appeared distraught, and she and the others in relief were deeply troubled by Quinnan's apparent unraveling. The individuals arrested the previous night for drug offenses recognized Quinnan as the officer who had attacked them. As Hagen and Page attempted to lo
