Synopsis

Detective Kate Spears is assigned a domestic violence case, but grows concerned when Detective Mickey Webb discovers the perpetrator, Neil Hayes, is also a suspect in a string of truck hijackings she is investigating. Webb requests that Hayes be released on bail, believing he can lead them to the gang.
