Synopsis

A quiet shop assistant finds an unlikely champion in Smithy, who, along with Rickman, steps into the role of knight in shining armour after they apprehend a shoplifter. The suspect is under suspicion of a brutal assault on another employee within the same store. Lennox finds common ground with the suspect due to his Glasgow origins, but Webb's deep-seated aversion to Christmas prevents him from offering assistance, though he does attempt to locate a reported accomplice to the theft.
