Synopsis

At a public house, Page and Hayward encounter a violent scene: the landlord and a regular patron are under attack by three men concealed in masks. Simultaneously, Stamp, Quinnan, and Klein arrive at another location to witness a similar assault – three masked figures battering Frank McBride, a local figure of ill repute, outside the rear of his club. Suspecting a connection between the two incidents, Hayward begins an investigation and uncovers a brewing turf war between rival cigarette smugglin
