Synopsis

Boyden assigns Garfield and Ashton the task of establishing surveillance on a row of shops where a group of young dealers have been operating. Their attention is drawn when they observe a youth retrieving a package left behind by one of the dealers, leading to a search of the boy's residence and the discovery of a detailed record of transactions.
