Synopsis

Following a disconnected 999 call, Hagen and Santini discover a woman in distress at her residence. Holmes takes charge of the investigation when the victim reports being terrorized by a prowler who had audaciously threatened her with rape before disappearing without making physical contact. This rekindles a conflict between Holmes and Carver, as she reopens a prowler case from two years prior, convinced that their suspect is growing bolder.
