Synopsis

Police Constable Stamp was involved in a serious incident resulting in the death of a pedestrian. The collision occurred while he was reversing the patrol car down a one-way street in response to an urgent call for assistance. The atmosphere is charged as Constables Quinnan and Ashton present conflicting accounts of the events preceding the accident.
