Synopsis

DC Tosh Lines was nearing a breaking point under the relentless demands of DCI Jack Meadows, who had them meticulously transcribing interviews for the CPS. Seeking an opportunity to act on a lead, Tosh approached Meadows about pursuing information from a confidential informant. He made his way to the Beckwith Arms pub, where he noticed a suspicious vehicle. Approaching the owner, Pete Gapper, Tosh attempted to determine if the car was stolen, but Gapper instead offered to sell him another. Back
