Synopsis

PC Tony Stamp and WPC Debbie Keane arrived at the scene of a dispute outside a flat on the Jasmine Allen estate. A man and a woman were engaged in a heated argument. The man informed the officers that his wife was inside, but the woman refused to allow him to speak with her, stating that his wife did not wish to see him.
