Synopsis

Keane and Cryer are called upon to examine the unsettling death of an elderly resident, discovered at the foot of a flight of stairs – a fall made improbable by the deceased's known inability to climb. Their inquiry quickly reveals a disturbing pattern: a local podiatrist, aided by a home carer, has been systematically defrauding his elderly patients. He has been selling off their valuable possessions, diverting the profits for his own gain.
