Synopsis

Loxton and Quinnan gave chase, determined to prevent the driver's escape, but he managed to reach the sanctuary of his sheltered housing. When Loxton attempted to speak with him, he learned that the man's housemates spoke English sparingly and believed the incident to be an immigration raid. Finally brought into interview, Loxton grew suspicious that the man was not the driver, and a surge of anger welled within him at having been deceived by an illegal immigrant.
