Synopsis

Temporarily assigned to the river police, Slater investigates the disappearance of a Hell's Angel after a fight aboard a party boat. Detective McCann attempts to persuade the man’s girlfriend to testify about the harassment he endured from other members of the chapter. It is only after she is violently attacked that she resolves to speak out in defense of her lost love.
