Synopsis

Slater and Keane investigate a brutal stabbing at a residential facility for individuals with mental health challenges. Their inquiry is complicated by the homeowner, Joy’s, deeply concealed loyalties. Initially believing one of Joy's guests might be responsible, they are forced to reconsider when the victim, recovering consciousness, identifies Joy as the assailant, revealing a devastating misdirection in their pursuit.
