Synopsis

Quinnan and Page are called to the scene of a child's fall from a window, but conflicting accounts from the boy's brother and mother lead Monroe to believe something deeper is at play. The situation unravels further when the brother is apprehended for vandalizing the school caretaker's windows, revealing a complex series of circumstances. It becomes apparent that the child’s fall may not have been accidental.
