Synopsis

Stamp and Keane arrived at the accident scene: a collision between a car and a double-decker bus. They quickly discovered the car had been stolen, and the young driver was intoxicated. Later, when a passenger on the bus succumbed to a heart attack, Stamp attempted to suggest the youth’s reckless actions had contributed to the woman's death.
