Synopsis

Conway calls upon Carver and his associates from the local Scuba Diving club to assist in clearing a dock that has become a persistent dumping ground. But their cleanup mission takes an unexpected turn when one of Carver's companions discovers a body. Separately, Deakin and Lines are pursuing a missing acquaintance of Deakin’s, and upon hearing of Carver’s discovery, they immediately suspect someone, even before the body is recovered.
